10/27/05 (Hail to the SOX!!!)

GO GO WHITE SOX!!!!!

This is your good friend and faithful Sox fan Michael Jae hoping up and down with joy as the Sox win the World Series and all I have to say is it is a good day to be a Sox fan today.
We went into Houston, into their stupid ass funhouse of a stadium and shut them down. I will have to say that the fans in Houston are much goofier than Cub fans. The South Side runs this mother fucker right now, so Cub fans. You can learn to love it, or you can stew about it. But the Sox are the 2005 Champions.

Dusty Baker is a jealous little cockknocker. He said in an interview that he doesn’t support the Sox run. What’s wrong Dusty? Just because you are a total suck ass manager that can bring your team to a little league World Series let alone a championship game you have to be a hater like many Cub fans out there. For instance, the typical Cub fans are saying that the Sox can’t fill the seats. Well maybe not, but we can put a World Series title flag up this year. Can you??? When a fan interferes in our game (i.e. Paul Konerko trying to catch the foul ball in game 3 and some stupid hillbilly fuck knocked it down) we don’t cry. We don’t bitch. We don’t threaten people. We just go out there and win.

Everyone said the Sox will choke. I’m sorry you fucking bitches, you must have them confused with a team on the north side.

Game 1 was unbelievable when Crede hit the homer. Game 2 was crazy style when Konerko hit the grand slam followed by the save by Scotty in the 9th. Game 3 was too fucking long, but worth staying awake for a getting two hours sleep to see a “White Sox Winner.” Game 4 ended exactly how the 2005 season began. A Sox winner 1-0. It was without a doubt a great season. The Sox are the champs.

See I didn’t want to talk too much shit until this happened, and now that it did, think of me as an asshole exploding with diarrhea daddy-o. THE SOX RULE!!!

I remember how people laughed at me when I said the Sox will take the AL this year. There was only one point where I doubted, and that was when the Sox lost 8-0 to the Indians in game 3 of that important series. But I still believed and the Sox kicked ass the rest of the way all the way to the championship sweeping two teams in the playoffs and dropping one to the dreaded west coast.

Houston’s ballpark sucks. There were only two “killer b’s” in this series. Blum and the bullpen. To hell with Biggio, Bagwell, and all the other shitbirds who’s last name began with a B on that stupid ass team. The Sox got a bad call in game 3 when Lane hit the homer, that didn’t make the yellow line or some silly ass shit like that. BUT THEY STILL WON!!!! The Sox are the champs.

Cub fans, it isn’t too late to turn in your stupid ass hats with the C that stands for choke and get your silver and black gear. THE SOX ARE THE CHAMPS!!!!!

Twin and Indians fans, SUCK IT!!!!!!!!

To Jerry Reinsdorf, don’t even think about trading PK next year. Hey guess what? You had one dynasty, how’s about building another one?

To Ozzie, you are my hero. To the rest of the team, thank you for a great season.
I am so sorry FOX that your darling Yankees and Red Sox sucked dick this year and that a team who deserves the win was the team of the year. A team who doesn’t abuse steroids. A team who isn’t filled with overpaid egomaniacs. A team that represents all the hardworking people in the city and suburbs of Chicago, and the official team of the mJp. THE SOX ARE THE CHAMPS!!!!!

9/16/05 (Soxtober 2005)

Well peeps, it is without a doubt one of the greatest days of my life.
When I was 5, I became a Sox fan. Since then I have waited to see the Sox in the World Series. In 1983 almost, 1993, close but not there, 1994 on strike, 2000 nope but now THE CHICAGO WHITE SOX ARE GOING TO THE WORLD SERIES!!!!!

I believed since day one that the Sox were going to do it. Even in our darkest hour towards the end of September we were on the brink of a collapse that made the Cubs look lucky, I knew the Sox would pull through. But never did I expect a sweep of the Red Sox, and then Buehrle, Garland, Garcia, and now Contreras all pulling complete games in a row against a team who gave the Sox so much trouble during the year. Revenge is sweet and Cali can put their stupid fucking rally monkey back in the zoo where it belongs.

Oh my God, Paulie Konerko hitting those two homeruns, Crede coming up big in those hits in the end of games 2 and 5, the defensive plays of Rowand and Uribe, and who can’t forget about A.J. The name many in California will scream over the winter. The Cub fans have Bartman, the Angel fans have A.J. Holy shit!!!!

And now I would like to take this time to address some people…

First to all the media, who didn’t pay attention to the White Sox. Especially the Chicago media who wanted to suck off the Cubs all year long and now find themselves running through puddles of champagne in Anaheim. I am sure you guys are happy you were wrong, but never mistake the Sox for the Cubs ever again. Sox fans don’t believe in curses, we just believe in our team.
To the Cub fans at the River 95.9. Please be kind enough to throw out that shitty commercial you guys put together to mock the Sox supposed fall from grace.

To all the haters on the J Streetzine message board. I know it sucks to be wrong, but you are wrong, so fuck you. See that Outlaw. Now I am talking shit. SOX FUCKING RULE. OZZIE FUCKING RULES!!!! RIGHT FUCKING ON!!!! PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT!!!! It is never too late to cheer for the Sox so maybe it is time to drop the red and blue and come on over to the silver and black.

And to the Cub fans who belittled Sox fans for months. It has been only 50+years for us and still 88 and counting for you. Who is the best team in Chicago now? You all yelled at us, made fun of us, and now the Sox bring the World Series to Chicago and you want to say “oh we are Chicago fans now.” Bitch ass pussies. Well, if you want to cheer for the Sox, please leave all goats, Steve Bartman, Ronnie Woo Woo and any other of your ridiculous little baseball things at home.
The one reason why I love this is because the 2005 Chicago White Sox can be an inspiration to anyone. I feel I can relate because many people doubt my skills as far as getting into the media. Well, like the Sox, I feel I have the talent, skills, drive, determination to succeed in this business, and succeed I will. Just like our Sox are going to the World Series, despite what all the haters have said.

And once we are there. I don’t know if it will be St Louis, I don’t know if it will be Houston. But I know one thing. It is our time and those two teams should step the fuck off because it is time for Chicago to shine. We are in the World Series and we can only hope the Sox do one thing, and one thing only. WIN OR DIE TRYING!!!!

October 8, 2005 (Over the Monster and to the Bronx?)

To all the haters in Chicago, you know who you are. The Cub fans, the media, 95.9 The River, and any one else. I said BELIEVE IN THE SOX. They will not go down without a fight. Although I was very disappointed in that series against Cleveland where they lost 8-0, I still kept my faith in the silver and black attack.

When I watched how they manhandled the Twins bringing me my first time enjoying a Sox victory at home against them, I knew we Sox fans had nothing to worry about. When Bobby Jenks struck out Dimitri Young with men on base during that game against the Tigers which officially crowned the White Sox AL Central Division Champions, I knew it was going to be OK. And when I saw the bench of the Sox defeat the strong starters of the Cleveland Indians fighting for their lives to get the Wild Card, I said this team is not going anywhere.

But never in my life did I imagine the Chicago White Sox would be able to sweep the 2004 champion, Cinderella story of the Boston Red Sox. Never did I think game one would be the ultimate slaughter as the Sox destroyed (the real Sox in Chicago that is) the bogus Sox 14-2 in game one, that Tony G would do a favor for his former team and muck the double play ball allowing Tadahito to hit a 3 run homer to win game 2, and that El Duque, someone who I have harshly criticized this year would be able to get us out of the mess that Damaso Marte left us in the bottom of the sixth. Holy shit, what a series.

Now we are four wins away from a World Series and four more to bring Chicago it’s first World Championship since 1959 when we heard about the ever popular "Go Go Sox." The big question is who will it be now? Will it be the California, Anaheim, Los Angeles Angels or the evil empire themselves, the New York Yankees.

Truth be told, we match up better with the Yankees, but I don’t want the Yankees because of that. I want the Yankees because of what they represent. They represent the use of steroids. That idiot Gary Sheffield and Jason Giambi can tell you a little something about that. They represent overpaid players like Jeter and A-Rod, who have clearly shown why there needs to be a salary cap in baseball. They represent a dying breed with that schmuck Bernie Williams who needs a wheel chair to get out to the outfield. And of course they condone bullies. You can ask the CBS NY affiliate who was attacked by Randy Johnson before the year started. Then there’s Joe Torre who has to be the most over rated manager in baseball today. And of course the man, the myth himself STEINBRENNER. This guy makes Reinsdorf look like Santa. Many critics have said that the Yanks will get back in the playoffs and some even have said the Sox can’t take them. I believe we can.

Sheffield says he is leading the team. Fine. You can lead them straight down the toilet for all I care. This will be a subway series. You Yankees will be riding the Red Line straight to hell if the Sox have anything to say about it. I will not get cocky, but I would love to see a “White Sox winner” against the Yankees.

But what if the Angels defeat them for us? Here is a team that has our leftovers in Bartolo Colon, who has done a great job this year. Chone Figgins and Scotty P are in a race to get the most stolen bases, and who can deny the hot bats of Orlando Cabrera, Garrett Anderson, and the one and only Vladimir Guerrero. Will it be a challenge for the Sox? You bet. We will prevail. I think so. I say versus NY Sox in 6 and if it comes down to LA, Sox in 7.

Now is the time for the city to get behind its team. As I have said to our dear Cub fans who heckled many of us for months, especially the last one. You can ride with the silver and black for a week or two or get off the bus to your stupid ass rooftop drinking your stale Budweiser, and dreaming about “next year” which we have been waiting for since…well forever. Either way, we are in the middle of Soxtober and can only hope that this ride ends in one place and one place only. Face to face with either Houston for a slobber knocker, or the Cardinals for a wonderful Midwestern classic that we can tell our grandkids about.
